On top of my extensive training as a certified Integral Coach, I’ve spent more than two decades leading and transforming organizations at every stage of growth—from startups to global enterprises like Amgen, Gilead Sciences, and Mattel. I’ve worked through hypergrowth, integrations, and organizational redesigns, always drawn to the moments when people and systems are in motion and transformation is possible.
My own career has been a story of reinvention. I’ve pivoted across roles, industries, and continents — pursuing flexibility and purpose as my life and values evolved. I’ve lived and worked abroad, immersed in different cultures, and learned firsthand how perspective expands when you step outside what’s familiar. Those experiences taught me that transformation isn’t just organizational — it’s deeply personal.
Like many of my clients, I’ve had to navigate defining choices: when to leap, when to pause, when to rebuild. Each pivot deepened my empathy for the leaders and teams I now coach — those balancing ambition with well-being, impact with integrity, and career with life.
As an Integral Coach, I bring a whole-person lens to my work — mind, heart, and body — helping clients access their full intelligence and move forward with clarity and confidence. My style blends warmth and candor, compassion and challenge. Through it all, my north star remains the same: to help people and organizations unlock what’s possible, together.

When I’m not helping leaders and teams grow, I’m refueling through movement, connection, and creativity. Yoga has been a 25-year practice and a grounding thread in my life. I love to dance, hike, and travel — to move both body and perspective. Home is Southern California, where I spend time with my husband, two teenagers, friends, and an incredible community. I co-founded Our Kind of Club, a nonprofit devoted to spreading kindness, and I find joy in art, good books, thoughtful conversations, and meals that bring people together.
